Job Description:
To expand our staff, we are presently looking for enthusiastic and committed Montessori teachers. As a Montessori teacher at MIA Montessori Academy, it will be your duty to establish a stimulating and upbeat learning environment that inspires children to grow in their skills and talents. It will be your responsibility to create lesson plans, conduct classes, evaluate students’ progress, and interact with parents and other staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out classes using the curriculum and methodology of Montessori.
- Observe and evaluate the student’s development.
- Establish a welcoming and encouraging learning environment.
- Talk to parents and give them updates on their child’s development.
- Take part in staff meetings and events related to professional development.
- Uphold a tidy and well-organized classroom.
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by the principal
Qualifications:
- Montessori Teacher Certification (AMI or MACTE-accredited)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication Skills
- Zeal for working with and teaching children
- Understanding of early childhood education and child development
